What Is The Heatwave Ball?
The Heatwave Ball is a private ticketed event for teenagers for school years 9 and 10.
Admission
Admission strictly with tickets, to be checked on the night.All guests will need a valid ticket. All tickets to be sold via the official website. It will not be possible to buy tickets on the door.
Wristbands will be provided to all those with valid tickets on entry.
MOJO Events and The Bridge Oxford Nightclub reserve the right to refuse entry to any person.
All guests will be checked on entry for alcohol or illegal substances.
The use of any illegal substances/drugs will not be tolerated with immediate police intervention if drug-use is suspected.
Alcohol will not be permitted; any guest suspected of intoxication will be refused entry.
Guests wishing to leave the event before the end do so at their own risk.
Sadly no re-entry will be permitted once you have left the event.
Arrival
Parents are expected to escort all teenagers to the entrance of the nightclub.
Collection
All teenagers must be collected by a responsible adult and will be checked out by MOJO Events or their representatives.
Refunds
We are not able to offer any refunds under any circumstances.
Event organiser
The Directors of MOJO Events are DBS checked and have over 25 years experience organising major private events.
Liability and Responsibilities
Whilst all necessary precautions will be provided during the event, MOJO Events do not take any liability for any action whatsoever.
Event Photography
MOJO Events reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. MOJO Events may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by MOJO Events including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, website, etc.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and teenagers, images will not be identified using names or personal identifying information.
A person attending an event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organisers, and/or contact us.

Parking
Worcester Street Car Park, OX1 2BQ
Westgate Car Park – sat nav OX1 1TS – if you drive into Oxford please follow signs to direct your sat nav to Thames Street and look out for the turning down to the underground car park. No roof boxes on cars – height restriction 2m.
IMPORTANT: from mid April access to Hythe Bridge Street from the Botley Road/ A420 may not be possible due to roadworks. Please check before travelling.

Covid
If you test positive for Covid immediately prior to the event we are very sorry but we would rather you didn’t come to the party.
If the event has to be cancelled due to Covid or other Pandemic outbreaks Mojo Events will follow government guidelines.
